About me
I am the founder of Apertavia and a life and career counsellor with over 20 years of experience in demanding corporate environments. My background includes senior roles in finance and real estate across Europe and Australia, where I developed a deep understanding of high performance, leadership, and the pressures that come with ambitious careers.

I hold a degree in International Business from HTW Dresden in Germany, and later completed postgraduate studies at the UNSW in Sydney. Alongside my corporate career, I also worked as a guest lecturer at universities. It was there that I discovered my true passion: mentoring and guiding people as they grow, redefine success, and realise their potential. I later formalised my counselling path by graduating from the AIPC and completing specialised training in adolescent counselling.

Having personally thrived in high-pressure environments, I now focus on making a meaningful impact by helping clients navigate career transitions, personal challenges, and the search for purpose. Through personalised guidance, I help clients in unlocking their strengths, setting clear and achievable goals, and moving forward with confidence and balance. Together, we create clarity, direction, and a path that aligns with who they truly are.
