Apertavia is committed to providing quality holistic life and career counseling services. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice – Eligible for a full refund or session rescheduling.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice – No refund will be provided, but rescheduling may be considered at our discretion.

• No-shows – No refunds or rescheduling options.

• Workshops & Programs – Refund policies for group sessions, workshops, or programs will be specified at the time of booking.
